Modernization of the Meeting Room for the Association of Industrial Unions and Transport
The Association of Industrial Unions and Transport (APZD) is a modern employer’s organization that has long represented important sectors of Slovak industry and transport. As part of the modernization of its working environment, APZD approached us with a request to design and install a complex conference and video conferencing system in their large meeting room, which was undergoing extensive modernization.
The project’s goal was to create a functional and technologically advanced space for efficient and professional meetings. That is why we designed and implemented a solution that is user-intuitive and provides comfort, efficiency, and professional sound and image quality.
Implementation of the Technological Solution
As part of the cooperation with APZD, we proceeded to design a unique solution, which we built on the most modern audio and video technologies. The meeting room was designed for 30 participants, while each of them has an optimal sound and visual experience.
We designed and installed the Televic conference system in the room, which is the world leader in the field of conference technology. We have connected this system with video conferencing, which makes it possible to organize online meetings at a high level. In the center of the room, there are four motorized PTZ cameras, which are programmed to automatically record the speaking participant – the camera focuses in real-time on the participant who is currently speaking through the conference system. We have provided a powerful sound system in the room, using built-in ceiling speakers, guaranteeing uniform sound throughout the entire space, thus achieving excellent sound quality.

Intuitive and user-friendly control of the system
To ensure maximum comfort during use, we designed the entire system to be intuitively controlled using a touch panel. We have programmed this control panel to allow easy startup and control of the entire system – all with one touch. In addition, we added a Crestron Air Media wireless presentation system to the room, allowing seamless connection and screen sharing without the need for cables. The entire system is designed to minimize technical complications and allow users to focus on the content of the meetings, not on controlling the technology.
The modernization of the meeting room for APZD was an opportunity for us, where we could take advantage of our experience in implementing the most modern solutions in the field of audio and video technologies. We are proud that we could participate in the creation of a unique space that meets the high demands of our clients for technology, comfort and reliability.
