Video conferencing solution for meeting rooms
We supplied and installed Logitech video conferencing solutions to Madison Pharma. Medison is a global pharmaceutical company focused on providing access to highly innovative therapies in international markets.
As part of this project, we successfully delivered and implemented Logitech video conferencing solutions in two meeting rooms of different sizes. The goal was to increase the quality and efficiency of online meetings and at the same time ensure simple, user-friendly control in their new premises.
In a small meeting room with a capacity of up to 6 people, we implemented the Logitech Rally Bar Mini. This compact video conferencing system provides high-quality 4K video, integrated speakers and microphones with ambient noise cancellation technology, enabling clear and intelligible communication even in smaller spaces. Rally Bar Mini is designed to ensure seamless connection and seamless integration with the Microsoft Teams platform.
A solution for a large meeting
The second part of the project concerns a large meeting room with a capacity of 12 people, in which we implemented the Logitech Rally Bar video conferencing solution with expansion microphones on the table. This video conferencing system is more robust and offers more advanced features for larger spaces. The Rally Bar features a 4K resolution camera that uses participant auto-focus technology, enabling dynamic speaker tracking and enhancing the meeting experience.
The camera’s wide viewing angle ensures that all meeting participants are clearly visible, even if they are moving or talking from different parts of the room. This eliminates the need to manually adjust the camera and at the same time increases the flow of the entire meeting. The system has integrated speakers and microphones that can provide exceptionally clear sound, which is essential for smooth and undisturbed communication, and at the same time can eliminate noise and echo even in the more difficult acoustic conditions of medium-sized spaces.
In addition to video conferencing solutions, we also installed professional Samsung TVs in both meeting rooms.
